As an AI Quality Analyst, you will evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. You’ll test how well AI uses personal data (Gmail, Search, You Tube, and past chats) to deliver relevant and helpful responses.
This role blends creativity + analytical thinking — you’ll design prompts from your own experiences and assess AI responses for Grounding, Integration & Helpfulness.

Key Requirements
Hindi Proficiency
Strong reading & writing skills in Hindi (primary language for the project)
Personal Account Usage
Willing to use your primary Google account with personal data sources enabled
Schedule Flexibility
Full-time availability in your local timezone (global 24/7 operations)
Analytical Thinking
Evaluate nuanced AI responses & personalization quality
✍️ Creative Prompt Engineering
Design multi-turn prompts based on personal context
Attention to Detail
Compare Side-by-Side model responses & spot subtle differences
Communication Skills
Write clear rationales and provide structured feedback
Setup
Desktop/Laptop + stable internet connection required
What You’ll Do
Design and run multi-turn AI conversations
Evaluate personalization quality & grounding accuracy
Identify hallucinations, poor inferences & forced personalization
Rank model responses side-by-side (SxS)
Write structured feedback & annotations
Verify debug info and maintain strict data hygiene
Education &
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in:
Policy / Law / Ethics / Linguistics / Journalism / Computer Science / related analytical fields
Experience in Data Annotation, AI Evaluation, or Content Moderation is a strong plus.
