• End-to-end implementation and/or support experience in Fusion HCM.
• Good understanding of HCM business processes, data flow, and configurations
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (UAT), and go-live support
• Hands-on exposure to HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI / BI Publisher (working knowledge is sufficient)
• Client-facing experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and support production environments
