The Opportunity Our client is a premier global player in the private jet charter industry. We are looking for a data-driven SEA Manager to take full ownership of our paid search landscape. In a high-ticket industry where single conversions represent significant value, your role will be to refine our 'Search to Lead' funnel, ensuring we capture high-net-worth demand with surgical precision.
The Role As the Senior SEA Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our Google and Microsoft Ads accounts. This is not a 'set and forget' role; you will be expected to work autonomously to navigate long conversion cycles and highly competitive auction environments.
Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable) Ads Mastery: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-spend Google Ads and Microsoft Ads . Deep expertise in Search and Performance Max campaigns is mandatory.
Industry Alignment: A clear understanding of the private jet charter business model and the unique behavior of luxury travelers.
Linguistic Excellence: Exceptional written and spoken English. You must be able to craft compelling, high-end ad copy that resonates with C-suite executives and elite travelers.
Remote Proficiency: Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fully remote environment.
Technical & 'Nice to Have' Skills Paid Social: Experience managing Linked In, Meta, or Reddit Ads to complement search efforts.
Tracking & Attribution: Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and validating complex conversion tracking.
Data-Driven CRM:
Experience with CRM-based tracking or offline conversion imports (tracking a lead from click to charter contract).
Reporting: Ability to build and maintain insightful Looker Studio dashboards.
Strategy:
Experience with multi-country/multi-language campaigns and managing long-tail conversion cycles.
Innovation: A proactive mindset for testing new platform features (Beta features, script automation, etc.).
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a global SEA strategy focused on Lead Quality over quantity.
Optimize bidding strategies and audience targeting to reach High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI).
Manage end-to-end campaign life cycles: keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid search with broader brand objectives.
Provide transparent reporting on ROAS and Lead Qualification metrics.
