About the Role
Client is hiring experienced Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Delivery Leads for large-scale Digital Transformation programs across Global Banking clients.

Professionals will work closely with global stakeholders across business, technology, compliance, operations, and vendor teams to drive successful transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (Applicable Across Roles)
Business Analysis Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end requirement gathering (Workshops, Interviews, Walkthroughs)
• Prepare BRD, FRD, FSD, User Stories, RTM, Process Maps
• Conduct Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis & Process Re-engineering
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Coordinate with Dev, QA, UAT, Product & Architecture teams
• Manage backlog using Jira / Confluence
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage & business sign-off
• Drive stakeholder communication across multiple geographies
Project Management / Delivery Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle
• RAID log, Risk mitigation, Governance reporting
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, backlog prioritization, reviews)
• Present updates in Steering Committees
• Manage cross-functional & multi-market delivery
• Ensure release readiness and post go-live stabilization
• Handle senior stakeholder management across global teams
Domain-Specific Skill Requirements (Any One or More)
1️⃣ Payments / Transaction Banking
• End-to-end payments lifecycle (Initiation → Processing → Clearing → Settlement)
• Cross-border payments exposure (SWIFT, ISO
20022 preferred)
• SEPA / CHAPS / Target2 knowledge (nice to have)
• Corporate payments & FX exposure
• AML / Sanctions screening awareness
2️⃣ Cards (Credit/Debit)
• Card schemes:
Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Ru Pay
• Authorization, Clearing & Settlement
• Scheme mandates & compliance programs
• EMV, 3DS, Tokenization, Fraud controls
• Issuing platforms & payment ecosystems
• Liaison with scheme providers

Ideal Candidate Profile
