Overview
Consultant role combining hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials implementation + practical exposure to Oracle Agentic AI / Fusion AI Studio. Work with senior consultants and client stakeholders on QA/health checks, AI finance use cases, and Oracle-led proposals/RFPs/POVs/demos.
Responsibilities
QA & Health Checks: Review Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax), setup/integrations/data/controls; create health check reports, risk/issue logs, recommendation backlogs; support UAT, regression testing, cutover validation.
AI Use Cases (Fusion AI Studio / Agentic): Identify finance AI/agentic use cases (close acceleration, anomaly detection, reconciliations, working capital insights); design/configure skills/agents, prompts, workflows; support data prep/evaluation/refinement; build demos/storyboards/docs.
Oracle Fusion Implementations: Support end-to-end delivery (requirements → design → config → testing → go-live); produce BRDs/FRDs, config workbooks, test scenarios, user guides; validate data migration (opening balances, subledger data, COA); post–go-live support/continuous improvement.
Proposals/RFPs/Thought Leadership: Contribute to proposal/RFP sections; create accelerators (slides, checklists, heatmaps, templates) for QA + AI use cases; support POVs, case studies, collateral.
Collaboration:
Work with onshore/offshore teams, architects, PMs; join client workshops/status/design walkthroughs; stay updated on Fusion + AI releases.
Required
2–3 yrs Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud (config + support) across 2+ modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CM/Tax).
1+ full lifecycle Fusion Cloud implementation (design to go-live) in functional/techno-functional role.
Working knowledge of Oracle Agentic AI / Fusion AI Studio / Fusion AI platform (agents/skills/prompts/workflows); exposure to designing/testing AI finance use cases.
Strong finance process knowledge: R2R, P2P, O2C, asset accounting, period close .
Strong analysis + communication; strong documentation (PPT/Excel/Word); structured consulting experience.
Mandatory: Prior experience at Accenture / Big 4 / large global SI on Oracle or ERP/cloud transformation.
Preferred
Oracle Cloud certs (Financials Cloud / EPM / AI-related).
AI/GenAI tools for POCs/demos; ERP testing tools/QA frameworks; consulting/SI Oracle Cloud experience; prior RFP/solution decks/pre-sales demos.
