Role Overview
We are hiring a Social Media & Community Marketing Manager to lead social media and community growth for our EEG-based mental wellness application and its utility token. The role is focused on education, trust-building, and ethical engagement, not speculation or trading hype.
A strong familiarity with marketing on X (Twitter) is essential, as X will be the primary platform for token education, narrative building, and community interaction.
Key Responsibilities
You will own and execute the social media presence across X (Twitter) and supporting platforms, ensuring consistent, compliant communication around token utility, wellness features, and community participation. The role involves translating complex token mechanics into simple, non-financial explanations, managing community conversations, and maintaining a respectful, misinformation-free environment.
You will plan and publish educational content, feature announcements, and engagement campaigns, while working closely with product, design, and compliance teams to ensure messaging accuracy. You will also monitor performance metrics, community sentiment, and feedback, using insights to continuously refine content and engagement strategy.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience marketing on X (Twitter), including:
- Writing high-engagement threads
- Explaining complex topics simply
- Community interaction and moderation
- Understanding X-native growth mechanics
- Proven ability to communicate utility token concepts without financial or speculative language
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Experience managing online communities with clear rules and moderation standards
- Ability to collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with Web3 products using utility tokens (not meme or trading-focused tokens)
- Prior work in wellness, health-tech, fintech, or other regulated environments
- Familiarity with Discord and/or Telegram community management
- Comfort working with content calendars, analytics tools, and performance reporting
Nice to Have
- Background or interest in mental wellness, psychology, or behavioral science
- Experience launching or scaling early-stage Web3 or SaaS products
- Experience managing global audiences across jurisdictions
