Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer to design, develop, and optimize advanced prompting systems for large language models (LLMs). This role focuses on building intelligent, structured, and reliable AI workflows through advanced prompt design, role-based prompting, multi-step reasoning frameworks and robust guardrails. The ideal candidate understands that prompt engineering is not just writing instructions — it is architecting AI behavior.

You will create scalable prompt architectures that enforce reasoning, maintain output consistency, and integrate seamlessly into production systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation, systems-thinking mindset, and experience working with structured output enforcement and safety constraints. Responsibilities
Analyze Department Workflows
- Study and document the structure, processes, and operational needs of all departments to understand task flows, decision points, and automation opportunities.
Design AI Prompt Architectures
- Develop advanced prompts and structured frameworks tailored to each department’s specific workflows and objectives on the best available AI tool available in the market.
Train & Fine-Tune AI Systems
- Configure, test, and optimize AI software to align with departmental requirements, ensuring accurate reasoning, structured outputs, and reliable performance.
Implement Structured Output & Guardrails
- Build prompts that generate consistent JSON outputs and enforce safety, compliance, and operational constraints across departments.
Monitor, Evaluate & Improve AI Performance
- Continuously assess AI outputs, reduce errors or hallucinations, refine reasoning workflows, and improve automation efficiency.

Note:

You are not required to create AI tools. You will we working on the tools available in the market and create workflows using those tools to increase efficiency in every department of the Organisation.
Qualification Criteria  
• AI prompting course from some good level insitute
• Experience of 0-3 years.  Additional Requirements
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with different departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices..
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: ₹ 45,000 - 50,000 Monthly Day range:
