We are looking for a strong Adobe Target Developer with hands-on experience in advanced personalization, recommendations, and migration from AT.js to Web SDK (Alloy.js) .
Moving towards 1:1 personalization
Leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) segments
Implementing Recommendations and Auto-Target
Handling BAU personalization activities
Supporting Target on Edge implementations
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage personalization activities using Adobe Target (Standard & Target on Edge) .
Configure and manage:
A/B Testing
Experience Targeting (XT)
Auto-Target
Recommendations
Set up and manage component-level personalization using decision scopes/selectors.
Leverage AEP segments and Real-Time Customer Profile for personalized experiences.
Activate AEP segments into Adobe Target and configure audience-based experiences.
Implement loyalty-based and behavioural personalization use cases.
Migrate from AT.js to Web SDK (Alloy.js) including data stream setup and XDM alignment.
Troubleshoot and optimize Edge-based implementations.
Manage BAU activities including updates to campaigns, recommendations, and personalization logic.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable personalization strategies.
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience with Adobe Target (Advanced Features) .
Strong experience in:
Recommendations setup (Criteria & Design)
Auto-Target (ML-based targeting)
Proven experience in migrating from AT.js to Web SDK (Alloy.js) .
Experience in configuring AEP Segments and activating them to Target.
Understanding of:
Real-Time Customer Profile
XDM schemas
Data Streams
Edge Network
Experience implementing component-level personalization .
Ability to independently manage BAU personalization activities.
Good to Have
Experience with Target on Edge
Integration experience with Adobe Analytics
Understanding of data feeds / catalog feeds for recommendations
Exposure to 1:1 personalization strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in Adobe personalization ecosystem.
Strong hands-on implementation experience (not just configuration).
Has worked on real production use cases involving:
Loyalty-based personalization
Behavioral targeting
Destination/content recommendations
Comfortable working in fast-paced BAU + enhancement environments.
