Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
Perform Salesforce Lightning (LWC) component testing and UI validation.
Develop automation frameworks using Playwright with Type Script .
Conduct API and integration testing for Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
Validate App Exchange package functionality under the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) model .
Manage and maintain Scratch Orgs and Sandbox environments .
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and Dev Ops teams for release planning.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.
Perform regression, system, and end-to-end testing across environments.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and App Exchange review guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing .
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) .
Experience working with ISV model and managed packages for App Exchange .
Hands-on experience in Playwright Automation with Type Script .
Expertise in Salesforce Lightning (LWC) testing .
Strong experience in Salesforce Integration & API Testing .
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, etc.).
Proficiency in Scratch Orgs & Sandbox Management .
Knowledge of version control tools (Git).
Good to Have
Experience in App Exchange security review process.
Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform App Builder).
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in product-based or ISV organizations.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
