The GTM Manager will help shape and execute the go-to-market motion for Logline
AI . The company operates at the intersection of AI-enabled content services (shots, sequences, campaigns, episodic work) and platform/tooling being built for studios, agencies, and brands.
This role sits close to the founder and product team and focuses on turning strategy into execution —helping define target segments, sharpen positioning, build pipeline, and convert early traction into repeatable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Execute GTM initiatives across Logline
AI’s AI-powered studio services and emerging tools / OS offerings .
Support definition of ICPs and priority segments (studios, streamers, production houses, agencies, large brands).
Translate product capabilities into clear positioning, messaging, and sales narratives .
Drive outbound and inbound growth efforts , including:
Targeted outbound and account research
Founder-led sales support
Content, case studies, talks, events, and partnerships
Run and learn from growth experiments across channels, pricing inputs, packaging, and bundling.
Act as the voice of the customer , bringing structured market feedback to product and engineering teams.
Track and report on pipeline, conversion metrics, deal velocity, and early unit economics .
Collaborate closely with leadership to refine and scale GTM playbooks .
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in GTM, growth, business development, or marketing roles within B2B SaaS , creative/production agencies, media, entertainment, or content-tech environments.
Hands-on experience supporting or executing early-stage GTM motions across outbound, inbound, or partnership-driven initiatives.
Exposure to selling or marketing into studios, agencies, or large consumer brands is a strong plus.
Experience collaborating with international teams or clients (US / EU / APAC) is preferred.
Ability to explain product value and workflows clearly , especially to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has worked closely with founders, sales leaders, or product teams in a high-growth or early-stage setup . You may have been a GTM Manager, Growth Manager, BD Manager, or Client Strategy Manager —someone who enjoys bridging market insight with execution.
You’re commercially sharp, structured in thinking, and eager to grow into larger GTM ownership as the company scales.
