Performance Marketer – Paid Ads (EdTech) We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can plan, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns for digital courses and consultation funnels in the education industry.
Role Description
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns for digital courses and consultation bookings
• Manage high-budget daily ad spend with performance tracking and scaling
• Run full-funnel campaigns (awareness → conversion → retargeting)
• Optimize campaigns for revenue, ROAS, and cost efficiency
• Monitor analytics, test creatives, and improve conversion rates
• Manage and scale paid ads on Facebook Ads and You Tube Ads
Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience running paid ads in the EdTech industry
• Experience promoting digital courses and consultation booking funnels
• Hands-on experience managing large daily ad budgets (₹1,00,000+ per day)
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, scaling, and funnel optimization
• Data-driven decision making and performance marketing mindset
• Experience with revenue-focused campaigns (not just lead generation)
Compensation
30k-50k (flexible based on experience)
