Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Technology Roles) with strong experience in end-to-end technology hiring. This role requires a hands-on recruitment professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, partners closely with business leaders, and delivers exceptional hiring outcomes across technical domains.
What Will You Do?
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles across software engineering, data, cloud, AI, product, and digital functions.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and delivery timelines.
Design and execute strategic sourcing plans using Linked In, job portals, referrals, talent mapping, and networking.
Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure strong technical and cultural fit.
Drive high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Manage interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
Track hiring metrics, prepare recruitment dashboards, and provide weekly hiring reports and pipeline updates.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement strategies.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvement.
The Must-Haves
MBA / Postgraduate degree in HR, Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in technology hiring (in-house or agency)
Proven experience hiring across software, data, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and digital roles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
