Role Overview
As a Senior SAP GRC/Security Consultant, you will design, implement, and manage security controls and compliance frameworks within complex S/4

HANA landscapes. You will act as a trusted advisor to Life Sciences clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as GxP and SOX.

Key Responsibilities
GRC Implementation & Support:  Lead or participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP GRC Access Control (AC) modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).
Security Design:  Design and build role-based access control (RBAC) and security authorization structures in SAP S/4

HANA, ECC, and SAP BTP.
Compliance Management:  Ensure system security compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, GxP).
Risk Mitigation:  Perform Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR) and manage the Risk Management Framework.
Audit & Review:  Provide insights, reviews, and recommendations for security-related changes and support root cause analysis of security issues.

Work closely with clients to translate business needs into technical security solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

7+ years of progressive experience in SAP Security and GRC implementations.
Functional/Technical Expertise:  Deep knowledge of SAP Security Audit Framework (SAF) and Access Control (AC).
Technology Proficiency:  

Experience with S/4

HANA, SAP Security, and SAP BTP Security.
Domain Knowledge:  Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals industry is highly valued.
Communication:  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Solution Manager and Cloud ALM.
SAP GRC Certification.
Ambition Box +1
