We are looking for a  VP – Product & Strategy  to lead the next phase of growth for one of India’s largest primary healthcare platforms.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Founder, driving  new business avenues, product innovation, and strategic growth .

India’s largest  Primary Healthcare aggregator , operating a pan-India network of  4,500+ centres across 1,300+ cities , serving  2M+ lives  through doctor consultations, diagnostics, wellness programs, OPD insurance, and corporate healthcare solutions.
Backed by leading investors including  Blume Ventures ,  The HR Fund , and  Leo Capital .
The Mandate

We need a  strong analytical and strategic leader  who:

• Identifies and builds  new revenue & business opportunities

• Deeply analyses  consumer behaviour, customer pain points, and usage data

• Drives a strong  data-first culture  — defining what data is needed, why it matters, and how it informs decisions

• Translates insights into  scalable product solutions

• Aligns product-market fit with evolving client needs

• Leads and mentors a  team

This role demands someone who understands:
Market dynamics | Customer psychology | Product positioning | Growth levers | Monetisation strategy
Ideal Profile

• 9–13 years of experience

• Strong background in  B2C, fintech, digital platforms, or founder experience

• Proven track record in  business growth, product strategy, and analytics-led decision making

• Ability to think both  strategically and execution-first

• Age bracket: ~38–40 years (indicative, not restrictive)

• Comfortable working in a  high-ownership, fast-scaling environment
