Position Summary:
The Project Manager & Reporting Analyst is responsible for driving project execution, supporting governance processes, and delivering clear, data‑driven insights that enable leaders to make informed decisions. This role blends project management, cross‑functional coordination, reporting, and resource analytics to support large‑scale Finance Technology and enterprise initiatives.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
The IT Project Management & Reporting Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop content and communication materials to support project Kickoff meetings and initiative updates.
Manage and maintain documentation on SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and other project repositories.
Collaborate with Project Managers and workstream leads to create, update, and monitor project plans.
Assist in developing cutover and transition plans; support monitoring of cutover progress.
Execute governance processes including status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and change control.
Prepare governance committee materials summarizing updates.
Build communication materials for extended stakeholder groups.
Support Hypercare tracking including KPIs, stability metrics, and routing issues to SMEs.
Report actuals vs. targets and identify variances.
Provide visibility into team structure, capacity, and alignment to work streams.
Track utilization, forecasting accuracy, and resource allocation metrics.
Manage and track resource demand and ensure complete and timely artifact submission.
Represent Finance Technology as single point of contact on cross-functional calls.

Experience
Required:
Qualified candidates typically have 3–5 years of experience supporting technology project work, including planning, tracking, testing coordination, reporting, and communication across multiple work streams. Candidates should show growing ownership, independence, and focus on quality and delivery success.
Experience Desired:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or related field preferred.
Experience contributing to complex project delivery within scope and timelines.
Foundational to intermediate project management competencies.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Tool experience:
Microsoft Suite, MS Project, Jira, Saviynt, SharePoint, Confluence.
Location & Hours of Work
Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
Hyderabad Innovation Hub – In-Office
11:30AM – 8:30 PM IST
