Identify patterns that indicate changes in the pipeline and user experience KPIs and pinpoint causes and create hypotheses or action items for other teams to execute.
Enhance client’s understanding of the customer experience on our website by analyzing site performance via Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Content Square, and other platforms
Drive the connection of revenue to front-end web metrics which includes partnering with data engineering to create usable, accurate, and stable models of AA data within the snowflake environment as well as advising on what types of reports should be built in PowerBI
Own business documentation for analysis, enabling some business users to self-serve in their analysis and developers to understand the business analysis strategy.
Work with our Analytics Reporting Product Manager to take reporting use cases and refine them for report requirements, and recommend reporting use cases and requirements for the Data Engineering backlog
Mentor analysts in delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythm of business reporting and analysis for website and SEO channel
Own reports as a product throughout their lifecycle from ideation, adoption, to deprecation. Support performance measurement through the creation and monitoring of dashboards and automated reports.
Help drive the standardization of reporting and adoption of templates through presentations, slides, memo documents, email, and slack
Deliver analyses for stakeholders in easy-to-consume, repeatable templates
Anticipate stakeholder’s needs and proactively share insights in meetings, decks, and dashboards
Present your research, proposing actionable requirements for a wide range of stakeholders
Initiate projects that will improve client’s understanding of the customer experience across all digital touchpoints
Support Data Engineers in the data collection process and reporting user story development process to ensure report solution designs meet Web Analyst needs.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline is often required.
8+ years of professional experience in data analysis, web analytics, or data visualization and engineering. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, data mining, data modeling, and data visualization.

Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or other statistical analysis software is expected, with the ability to write complex queries, join tables, and work with large datasets efficiently.
Solid understanding of web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and/ or Google Search Console to track and analyse website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates. Knowledge of tag management systems like Google Tag Manager is also beneficial.
Strong data visualization skills and familiarity with a data visualization tool such as Power

BI.
Ability to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
High degree of comfort and experience with Adobe Analytics, knowledge of eVars, Props, and Events, and comfortable making data capture recommendations
Experience using Google Search Console and familiarity with Organic Search data and concepts
Experience mentoring junior staff, both technically as well as process and stakeholder engagement.
Understanding of Source Control via Git Lab, Git Hub and structured build-deploy processes

Experience with marketing funnel data in email, CRM, or ad tech platforms

Experience with Snowflake
