Experience in data modeling (dimensional modeling, and normalization techniques) for enterprise data warehouses and data lakehouse architecture.
Experience in Insurance domain, including insurance KPIs and regulatory reporting
Translate business analytics requirements into data analytic model designs
Strong understanding of Guidewire (PC/BC/CC) data structures.
Experience with Guidewire DHIC preferred
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
Ability to develop source to target mappings for data warehouse.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata
Experience with cloud data platforms, such as Databricks / Snowflake on Azure.
Familiarity with data cataloging tools and data quality tools.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
