Job Description:

Purpose of the role:  We are seeking a performance driven  Demand Generation professional  to lead and scale student acquisition across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate is deeply hands-on, highly analytical, and up to date with the latest online campaign platforms and performance marketing trends, especially within the  Study Abroad / EdTech ecosystem .

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize  multi-channel online demand generation campaigns  across:
META
Google Ads
Linked In Ads
Programmatic & Display Networks
Manage  search intent–based campaigns  (high-intent study abroad keywords)
Execute  remarketing and retargeting  across platforms (web, app, CRM audiences)
Drive end-to-end  lead funnel ownership  CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI
Collaborate with creative teams to build high-performing ad copies, creatives, videos, and landing pages
Run continuous  A/B testing  on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnels
Optimize  landing pages, forms, and lead flows  to improve conversion rates and lead quality
Work closely with counselling/sales teams to improve  lead-to-enrolment performance
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and seasonal demand for study abroad intakes
Track and report performance using  GA4, Ads Managers, CRM, attribution tools

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in  Demand Generation
Proven hands-on expertise across  multiple online acquisition platforms
Strong understanding of  student acquisition funnels and lead quality optimization
Experience in  study abroad consultancy or edtech  is highly preferred
Data-driven mind-set with strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns, and deliver measurable results

Good to Have

Experience with  You Tube video campaigns and influencer-led demand
Knowledge of  Whats App, email, and SMS automation  for lead nurturing
Familiarity with  regional language campaigns
Understanding of peak intake cycles (Jan / Sep / Rolling intakes)
