Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced  AI/ML Engineering Lead  with strong expertise in  Generative AI and modern AI tooling . The candidate will lead AI/ML initiatives, define scalable development processes, and build production-grade intelligent systems leveraging advanced ML frameworks and GenAI ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and GenAI developers
Define and enforce software engineering best practices and ML lifecycle standards
Architect, design, and deploy scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions
Implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → model training → deployment → monitoring)
Drive LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and AI agent workflows
Integrate AI/ML models with backend systems, APIs, databases, and messaging platforms
Ensure production scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Computer Science / AI / ML / Data Science
Experience building scalable GenAI applications
Prior experience in building enterprise AI platforms
Exposure to RAG architecture and multi-agent systems
