Backend Developer

What You'll Do
Build, maintain, and optimize Node.js + Express REST APIs
Design and manage Mongo

DB schemas for high-read, real-time workloads
Handle Web Socket connections for live gaming and voice call sessions
Integrate and maintain payment gateways — Cashfree, Razorpay, Phone Pe
Develop and maintain creator payout systems, Coins ledger, and transaction integrity flows
Monitor server health, set up alerts, and respond to incidents
Identify performance bottlenecks and resolve them proactively

Must Have
2+ years of Node.js backend development experience
Strong Mongo

DB/Mongoose skills
REST API design and best practices knowledge
Web Socket / Socket.io hands-on experience
Basic Dev Ops skills — deployments, reading logs, server restarts
Payment gateway integration experience

Good to Have
Redis for caching or job queuing
AWS / GCP / Railway deployment experience

Experience with load testing tools (k6, JMeter)
Knowledge of RMG compliance or fintech regulations
