Role Overview
This is an early-career growth opportunity for someone looking to build deep expertise in performance and digital marketing. You will work closely with the core team and get hands-on exposure across paid advertising, SEO and growth strategy rather than being limited to a single narrow function.
The role is ideal for a candidate who wants to learn fast, take ownership and grow into a full-stack growth marketer.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Structure audiences, creatives, bidding strategies and budgets
Optimise campaigns for ROAS, CPA and conversion rate
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy and landing pages
Monitor daily performance and resolve delivery or tracking issues
Implement and maintain pixel tracking, events and conversion APIs
SEO Management
Conduct keyword research aligned with brand and product strategy
Optimise website pages including metadata, on-page structure and internal linking
Coordinate technical SEO improvements with developers
Track rankings, traffic and crawl health using analytics tools
Execute basic backlink and content optimisation initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance across Meta, Google Analytics and Search Console
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Extract insights and recommend growth actions
Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve funnel performance
Requirements
Experience in digital marketing, internships included
Hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (academic or practical)
Basic understanding of SEO and website optimisation
Comfort with numbers, reporting and analytical thinking
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good to Have
E-commerce or Shopify exposure
Basic understanding of tracking and attribution
Copywriting or creative testing experience
