About the Role
We are  not looking for a traditional content writer .
We are looking for a hands-on, AI-powered content and growth marketer who can build, execute, automate, analyze, and scale marketing across channels.
We’ve already automated our content writing. What we need is someone who knows how to think strategically, prompt intelligently, edit sharply, distribute effectively, measure performance, and iterate fast.
If you are just a writer, this role is not for you. If you are a builder who can turn ideas into traffic, leads, and revenue, keep reading.

What You Will Own
1. AI-Driven Content Production

● Use AI tools to generate blogs, landing pages, newsletters, ad copy, scripts, and social content

● Engineer high-quality prompts and build repeatable content systems

● Edit, refine, and humanize AI-generated content

● Maintain brand voice consistency across platforms

2. Multi-Channel Distribution & Growth

● Manage and grow Linked In, X, You Tube, Instagram, and emerging platforms

● Test new content formats such as short-form video, carousels, and threads

● Repurpose long-form content into multiple channel-specific assets

● Explore and experiment with new distribution channels proactively

3. Word Press & Automation

● Publish and manage content on Word Press

● Implement SEO best practices

● Set up marketing automation workflows

● Connect tools via Zapier or similar automation platforms

● Improve site conversion paths

4. Video & Visual Content

● Create short-form video content

● Use tools such as Cap Cut, Canva, Descript, or similar

● Develop video scripts using AI

● Edit and publish content for You Tube and social media

5. Reporting & Analytics

● Track KPIs across SEO, social, email, and paid campaigns

● Build simple dashboards and performance reports

● Analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements

● Use data to guide content and growth strategy

● ChatGPT or Claude

● Midjourney or image tools

● AI video or editing tools

Marketing Tools

● Word Press

● Google Analytics

● Email marketing platforms

You do not need to know every tool listed. But you must be comfortable learning tools fast.
