Technical Lead, IT​/Tech, Systems Engineer

Role Description

We’re looking for a seasoned  Technical Leader  to guide our engineering team, drive architectural decisions, and help us scale mission-critical digital products. This role blends hands-on development with technical mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities   Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications
Set technical direction and ensure alignment with product goals and business objectives
Own the architecture — design systems that are secure, maintainable, and built for scale
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Dev Ops teams to deliver robust solutions
Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices across the team
Mentor junior engineers and support their growth with regular feedback and guidance
Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and processes to improve team productivity
Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize performance, security, and reliability
Lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements   8+ years of experience in software development (full stack preferred)
Proven experience designing and scaling complex systems
Strong command of modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/Type Script, React, Node, Python)
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and APIs
Strong database knowledge (SQL and No

SQL) and performance optimization skills
Experience leading a team or playing a key mentorship role
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Dev Ops or CI/CD pipeline experience
