We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our founding team and craft intuitive, beautiful, and high-conversion product experiences. As our first design hire, you will own the complete design function—from user flows and wireframes to polished UI, visual systems, and interactive prototypes. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and research to shape a category-defining fintech app used by customers around the world.
This role is based in GIFT City, Ahmedabad — India’s fast-growing international financial hub. We are building for the world from India’s most promising global fintech destination.
Responsibilities :
Own end-to-end product design across mobile app (and later, web), from research inputs to final UI.
Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Prototype and iterate on UX/UI designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Conduct user research, testing, and data analysis to refine designs.
Build a clean, scalable design system aligned with our brand identity and product philosophy.
Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
Work closely with product and engineering to deliver smooth, pixel-perfect implementations.
Conduct usability tests, analyse feedback, and iterate quickly based on insights.
Collaborate with user research to deeply understand user motivations, behaviours, and pain points.
Establish the design culture—processes, best practices, and standards—for all future hires.
Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and optimised for global user segments.
Stay updated with global UX patterns, design trends, and innovations in fintech & wealth products.
Requirements :
3–7 years of experience designing high-quality consumer mobile apps (fintech experience is a strong plus).
Exceptional UI design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, world-class work.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems).
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and user psychology.
Ability to break down complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
High ownership mindset—comfortable working in fast-paced, 0→1 startup environments.
