Role

Summary:

To support IT M&A integration projects and other projects for the PMO
For M&A: post acquisition experience - Business assessment, systems integration, physical hardware (laptops, phones, Labs, Manufacturing Fabrication equipment)
Need strong PMs and someone with strong M&A experience who can do the work but also help us build out the M&A playbook
Require experienced to highly experienced PMs who have supported large scope of general IT M&A projects.
Strong Communication and organization skills with the ability to handle volume and variety of tasks.
Strong understanding of IT
Strong domain experience in one or more of the following:
Security, regulatory, Real Estate (new offices, modifications, and decommissioning), and corporate services such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Sourcing, Procurement, product development, or Manufacturing.
