As a Partner Learning Consultant (LC), you will work closely with Databricks partners — advising business and technical leaders on how to design and execute learning strategies aligned to their growth goals.

Partner strategy
Technical enablement
Business consulting
Learning transformation
Your success will depend on your ability to influence senior stakeholders, connect learning initiatives to business outcomes, and drive measurable ROI through structured enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive partner needs analysis (business + technical + learning)
Engage senior stakeholders in consultative, outcome-focused conversations
Design strategic learning plans aligned to partner KPIs and Databricks priorities
Prescribe learning paths and certifications (Data Engineer, ML, Architect, etc.)
Segment learner audiences and build tailored learning journeys
Collaborate cross-functionally with enablement, technical, and operations teams
Track and analyze program performance (enrolment, completion, certifications, ROI)
Present data-driven business reviews to internal and external stakeholders
Proactively address engagement risks and program gaps
Drive continuous improvement across the partner enablement lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in partner enablement, L&D consulting, or business-facing advisory roles
Strong consultative mindset with commercial awareness
Ability to connect learning strategy to measurable business impact
Executive presence and experience influencing senior stakeholders
Data-driven decision-making skills
Comfortable discussing cloud, data, and AI concepts
Highly collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented
Preferred Experience
Experience working with partner ecosystems or channel sales teams
Exposure to Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
Certifications in cloud or data platforms
Experience using LMS platforms and analytics/visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Databricks SQL)
