PLM Process Consultant

Location - PAN India

Role Description
The role involves consulting with clients to improve their product lifecycle processes, managing and optimizing business processes, research and develop new use cases & assets to explore digital continuity opportunities with client and also to involve on business development activities. The consultant is expected to be well versed functionally in Product Lifecycle Management methodology and related tools (PLM) tools, support system integration and ensure successful delivery of client outcomes.

Being part of the digital engineering team, the consultant will have the opportunity to deliver, learn and excel in a variety of digital transformation with clients from all engineering fields and setups.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and related processes. Experience inv Siemens Teamcenter would be given preference
Good functional knowledge on PLM modules (BOM, CAD, Visualization, Foundational PLM etc.)
Should have delivered for at least two digital engineering projects
Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing business processes. Hands on experience of process mapping and related tools (VISIO, SAP Signavio) is preferred
Experienced of delivering in Agile methodology. Should have experience of using IT Project Management Tools (JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Polarion etc)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Should be flexible to work in US, UK overlapping hours
Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel for client visits if required

Preference will be given to candidates with
- Master's degree in Business with electives in operations, digital transformation, data analytics, process engineering or a related field.

Experience of working in a discrete (or) process industry in upstream and midstream sectors such as - R&D, Core Operations, New Product Development, etc. is a plus.
Minimum work experience of 5 years
