Job Overview
Are you someone who thinks in workflows, designs with purpose, and moves fast without compromising quality? We’re looking for a UI/UX Specialist who combines strong design fundamentals with curiosity, adaptability, and a deep interest in leveraging AI-driven workflows to build better digital experiences.
As a UI/UX Specialist, you will work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to craft intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and execute projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business and user requirements into clear design solutions across web and mobile platforms
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Conduct UX research, usability analysis, and competitor benchmarking
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
Maintain consistency with design systems, UI patterns, and brand guidelines
Optimize designs based on performance metrics, user behavior, and feedback loops
Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency
Requirements
Strong understanding of end-to-end design workflows — from discovery to delivery
Ability to manage multiple tasks, iterate quickly, and meet tight timelines
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership
Comfortable working in agile or startup-style environments where speed and adaptability matter
Experience or strong interest in integrating AI tools into the design process
Using AI for research synthesis, content structuring, rapid prototyping, and productivity enhancement
Openness to experimenting with new technologies that improve design outcomes
