We’re looking for a Tech Lead who can take full ownership of backend systems, automation, AI workflows, and tech teams to support aggressive growth.

This role is for builders who think like founders.

Own the entire tech ecosystem: website, LMS, apps, CRM, automations, integrations

Build & lead backend + automation teams (not just write code)

Create scalable systems that support global growth
Design backend-led lead generation & funnel automations

Implement AI-driven workflows (marketing ops, analytics, support, ops)

Translate business goals into simple, scalable tech execution

Have 5–8 years experience in startups / scale-ups

Think systems, scale, and leverage, not just development

Can manage teams, vendors, and platforms

Understand backend architecture, APIs, cloud & automation tools

Are comfortable with AI tools, workflows & integrations

Have an entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership
