Job Description
1. Solution Design and Implementation
Lead and contribute to the design and configuration of SAP VIM solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP VIM solutions.
Configure SAP VIM settings including workflows, document types, data capture, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Customize SAP VIM functionalities to support specific business processes.
2. System Optimization and Support
Conduct regular system assessments to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization.
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure system stability and reliability.
3. Integration and Upgrades
Integrate SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Stay updated with SAP VIM enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
Recommend and implement system improvements based on latest updates.
