We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Now AI QA professional to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Service Now applications and AI-driven features. The role involves validating workflows, integrations, and AI capabilities while working closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Service Now modules, workflows, and AI features.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate AI/ML-driven functionalities such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and automated workflows.
Use Service Now ATF or other automation tools to automate test cases and ensure data integrity.
Log defects, track issues, and document test results using JIRA and Service Now.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile/Scrum teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Requirement:
Proven experience in QA testing for Service Now platform.
Strong understanding of Service Now modules, workflows, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with Service Now ATF and test automation concepts.
Knowledge of AI features within Service Now (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence) is a plus.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and Service Now.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
