What the job actually looks like:
You'll be in Ads Manager daily — setting up campaigns, keeping an eye on performance, running creative tests, and flagging what's working and what's not. You'll work closely with our senior buyers so you're not thrown in the deep end alone, but we do expect you to be comfortable with execution from day one.
You're probably a good fit if:
You have 1–2 years running Meta Ads and you know your way around the platform
You understand campaign structure, testing, and how to read metrics beyond just ROAS
You've worked with eCommerce or D2C brands before (or you're really eager to)
You're the type to notice something's off in an account before anyone has to tell you
You take ownership and don't need to be micromanaged
Honestly, don't apply if:
You've only done Meta Ads in theory or through courses with no real accounts
You're not comfortable being accountable to performance numbers
