We are looking for an experienced Freelance Uipath Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team working on scalable products for global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
UiPath Development and Delivery
Develop automation workflows in UiPath Studio based on approved requirements and design documents.
Build reliable, maintainable, and scalable bots for business and operational processes.
Follow project coding standards, naming conventions, logging standards, and exception handling practices.
Use REFramework or approved project framework for automation delivery.
Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles.
Direct Collaboration with Client-Side RPA Lead
Work directly with the client-side RPA Lead on requirement clarifications, technical discussions, and implementation planning.
Provide technical feasibility inputs, effort estimates, and dependency identification during planning.
Raise blockers, risks, and assumptions early and clearly.
Provide regular status updates and maintain delivery transparency.
Documentation and Solution Support
Work with Business Analysts and the client-side RPA Lead to understand process flows and requirements.
Provide technical inputs during preparation and refinement of PDD and SDD.
Translate approved PDD/SDD into well-structured UiPath workflows.
Maintain technical documentation for developed automations and changes.
Orchestrator, Release, and Support
Work with UiPath Orchestrator for publishing, scheduling, queue setup, asset usage, and execution monitoring.
Support deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.
Assist with release validation and post-deployment checks.
Troubleshoot bot failures, exceptions, and performance issues.
Support bug fixes, change requests, and production incidents within agreed timelines.
Governance, Security, and Quality
Follow enterprise security and access guidelines, including credential handling and role-based access controls.
Adhere to SDLC practices, testing standards, documentation requirements, and change management processes.
Ensure automations are supportable, auditable, and aligned with approved standards.
Required Skills and Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
Good understanding of REFramework, exception handling, logging, queues, assets, triggers, and configuration management.
Experience delivering automations across multiple applications (web, desktop, Excel, email, PDF, portals, shared drives, etc.).
Ability to work from PDD and SDD and provide technical feedback during design and delivery.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for bot failures and production issues.
Experience supporting deployments and environment-based release activities.
Good understanding of SDLC, testing practices, and change control in enterprise projects.
Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
Ability to work directly with client stakeholders in a professional and structured manner.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with SAP automation using UiPath (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience with API integrations, OCR, or Document Understanding.
Experience working in enterprise CoE-driven automation programs.
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (preferred).
Engagement Details
