Responsibilities
Incident Response and Resolution
Provide technical support for PAM, EPM, DLP, CASB, web security, email security, awareness training, and email authentication platforms.
Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, authentication, policy enforcement, and system performance.
Resolve incidents promptly and document resolutions for future reference.
Proactive Monitoring and Maintenance
Monitor the health and performance of deployed security solutions.
Apply updates, security patches, and perform regular system checks.
Client Communication
Communicate technical details to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain strong client relationships through updates and proactive engagement.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or management when needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with:
Privileged access and endpoint privilege management
DLP
CASB
Web security and classification
Email security with archiving and user training
Security awareness training
Email authentication solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills in identity, access control, data protection, and endpoint security.
Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption, and policy enforcement principles.
