Key Responsibilities Google Ads Management
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and You Tube
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis
Develop compelling ad copy and test variations to improve click-through and conversion rates
Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation to maximize ROI
Implement conversion tracking, audience targeting, and remarketing campaigns
Analyze search term reports and refine negative keyword lists
Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize landing pages
Facebook & Instagram Ads Management
Develop and execute advertising strategies across the Meta platform
Create and test various ad formats including image, video, carousel, and collection ads
Build and refine custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting segments
Design A/B tests for ad creative, copy, audiences, and placements
Manage campaign budgets and optimize for key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR)
Stay current with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
Strategy & Analytics
Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and customer journey stages
Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for all campaigns
Monitor daily performance and make real-time optimizations
Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market trends
Manage monthly advertising budgets and forecast performance
Conversion Optimization
Implement and maintain tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters
Analyze conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities
Work with web analytics tools to understand user behavior and campaign attribution
Test landing page experiences to improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding ROAS and CPA targets
Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Shopping)
Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Events Manager
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Strong copywriting skills and understanding of direct response marketing principles
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance
Preferred Qualifications Meta Blueprint certification
Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns
Familiarity with additional platforms such as Linked In Ads, Tik Tok Ads, or Microsoft Advertising
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms
Experience with creative tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution
Experience in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts
