Position Summary:

The  Workday Benefits Integration Test Analyst  is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing all Workday benefits integrations and related processes. This role manages data flows between Workday and external benefits providers, ensuring accurate eligibility, enrollment, and payroll deductions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead testing for benefits related integrations and configuration changes, including Open Enrollment.
Develop test scripts, execute scenarios, validate results, and document findings.
Analyze integration errors, resolve data issues, and coordinate fixes with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Troubleshoot Workday integrations using Core Connector, EIB, Studio, and benefitspecific connectors (PECI/PHIC if applicable).
Manage inbound/outbound file exchanges, including vendor specific formats, and SFTP configurations.
Support UAT, regression testing, and production validation ensuring defect free deployments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of Workday experience, including Benefits and Integrations.
Handson experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connector, Studio preferred).
Strong understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Payroll.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.

Skills:

Workday Pro Certification or equivalent Workday training.

Experience with Workday Reporting (Custom Reports, Calculated Fields).

Experience with Open Enrollment and annual benefits cycles.
Familiarity with JIRA, Service Now, or other ticketing systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
