HANA Business Network specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP's Business Network solutions, integrating them with SAP S/4

HANA. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain, procurement, and asset management processes by enabling efficient, network-based collaboration with suppliers and partners.
Core responsibilities Solution implementation:
Lead or support end-to-end implementation projects for SAP Business Network solutions, including Ariba, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Asset Collaboration, integrated with SAP S/4

HANA. System integration:
Configure and manage the integration between S/4

HANA and the SAP Business Network, often using the SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) to ensure seamless data exchange for procurement, supply chain, and logistics.
Business process analysis:
Conduct fit-gap analysis and requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders to align business processes with SAP's standard network best practices. Configuration and customization:
Perform system configuration for SAP Business Network modules such as Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Sourcing, Procurement, and Asset Collaboration. Troubleshooting and support:
Provide ongoing functional and technical support for Business Network-related issues, including monitoring integration processes and resolving data discrepancies.

Testing and quality assurance:

Execute and support test scripts during implementation phases (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and manage defect resolution. Training and documentation:
Create functional specifications, training materials, and end-user documentation. Conduct training sessions to ensure a smooth transition for business users. Stakeholder collaboration:
Work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including procurement teams, logistics, IT, and external partners, to drive process improvement and system adoption.
Key skills and qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 10–18 years of experience in SAP implementation and support. Proven experience with SAP S/4

HANA, particularly in modules relevant to the business network, such as Sourcing and Procurement (S/4

HANA S&P) and Materials Management (MM).
Hands-on experience with SAP Business Network (including Ariba), covering upstream (Sourcing, SLP) and downstream (Procurement) processes.

Experience with the SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) is a significant advantage. Technical expertise:
Strong knowledge of SAP Business Network functionalities and configuration. Proficiency in integrating S/4

HANA with cloud-based network solutions. Understanding of standard EDI and other integration methods.

Soft skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Certifications (preferred):
Relevant SAP certifications in S/4

HANA and/or SAP Ariba.
