Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4

HANA to support finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP FICO implementations and enhancements in S/4

HANA environment.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
Support S/4

HANA Finance features such as Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing processes.
Perform system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT) and provide user training.
Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW developments and integrations.
Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and rollout activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
6+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 1–2 full-cycle S/4

HANA implementations.
Strong configuration knowledge in FI and CO modules.

Experience with S/4

HANA Finance (Universal Journal, FSCM, Credit Management, etc.).
Understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
Knowledge of data migration tools and Fiori applications is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
SAP FICO or S/4

HANA certification is preferred.
