We are looking for a highly motivated Crypto Social Media Content Writer & Community Growth Manager who is passionate about crypto, Web3, and building online communities. This role is focused on growing and managing the company's social presence, particularly on Twitter / X, and engaging actively with the crypto ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys creating engaging content, interacting with the community, and growing social accounts organically. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a startup mindset who can take ownership and drive measurable growth in engagement and community participation.
Passion for crypto culture, online conversations, and community building is more important than checking every technical box.

Primary Responsibility – Crypto Community Builder / Growth Hacker

The main responsibility is to build, manage, and grow the company's social media presence, with a strong focus on Twitter / X and crypto-native communities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Community Growth

Manage and operate the company's social media accounts, especially Twitter/X.
Post consistent, relevant, and engaging content related to crypto, Web3, and blockchain.
Actively engage with the community by replying, commenting, and participating in conversations.
Build strong organic engagement through threads, discussions, and collaborations with crypto communities.
Monitor social trends, viral formats, and emerging discussions within the crypto ecosystem.
Track and analyze engagement metrics and continuously improve content performance.
Build and nurture an active online community around the product and brand.

Crypto Content Creation

Write engaging content such as threads, posts, short insights, and educational content around crypto topics.
Simplify complex concepts like DeFi, blockchain, tokens, trading, and Web3 technologies into engaging and understandable content.
Create or adapt content formats including Twitter threads, short posts, infographics, and community discussions.
Stay updated with crypto market trends, token ecosystems, blockchain innovations, and Web3 developments.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

Content Writing / Copywriting

Strong ability to write engaging, high-conversion content that attracts attention.
Ability to differentiate between high-quality informative content and filler posts.
Experience writing crypto threads, insights, or viral posts.

Basic Graphic Sense

Visual hierarchy
Color contrast
Typography and readability
Ability to create simple graphics using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
Social Media & Growth Knowledge
Understanding of how social media algorithms work, particularly Twitter/X.
Experience growing or managing crypto, Web3, or tech communities online.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Community Manager, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
Strong interest or experience in crypto, Web3, blockchain, or decentralized technologies.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Experience managing and growing social media accounts, particularly Twitter/X.
Ability to consistently produce engaging content and maintain active community interactions.
Strong understanding of online engagement strategies and community building.
Self-driven personality with a startup mindset and ability to take ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with crypto startups, Web3 platforms, blockchain projects, or fintech companies.
Familiarity with crypto tools and platforms such as Trading View, Coin Market Cap , DEX platforms, or Web3 ecosystems.
Experience creating short-form content, threads, or viral social posts.
Basic knowledge of crypto trading, DeFi, NFTs, or blockchain ecosystems.
Experience editing short videos or social media clips is a plus.
