Role Overview :
We are looking for a driven, platform-native Content Marketer & Distribution Specialist to own the amplification and distribution of Astra's content across all key channels. This is a content-first role focused on ensuring the right content reaches the right audience at the right time, every time.
You will be the connective tissue between our content, SEO, design, and growth teams, building and executing a distribution engine that spans Linked In, You Tube, Reddit, newsletters, paid boosts, and beyond. You'll bring a mix of marketing intuition, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to grow Astra's organic and paid reach.

Responsibilities:

Multi-Channel Content Distribution
Own end-to-end distribution of all new blogs, guides, and resources across Linked In (company page and team reposts), newsletter platforms (Mailchimp or Convert Kit), Instagram, You Tube community posts with short-form summaries, and Reddit — identifying high-value subreddits and threads for authentic engagement.
Build and manage a repeatable distribution workflow that ensures every piece of content is published consistently and on schedule.
Content Repurposing & Adaptation
Repurpose long-form blog posts into platform-specific content:
Linked In posts, Reddit comments, You Tube community updates, and carousel-style slides.
Convert high-performing blog articles into short-form videos optimized for You Tube and social media; conduct keyword research to identify video SEO opportunities.
Write Linked In Pulse articles from the perspectives of Astra's security experts, maintaining their voice and establishing thought leadership.
Visual Asset Creation
Create polished graphics, banners, and thumbnails using Canva to accompany content across social platforms and Slideshare-style websites.
Collaborate with the design team to uphold brand consistency across all distribution materials.
Paid Amplification
Set up and manage small-budget ad boosts ($10–$50 per post) on Linked In and Google to amplify bottom-of-funnel content to targeted audiences.
Monitor ad performance and optimize copy, targeting, or creative based on results.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report weekly/monthly metrics, including reach, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions across all channels.
Use data to identify what content and platforms are driving the most impact, and adjust distribution strategy accordingly.
Influencer & Creator Outreach
Build and maintain a curated list of relevant micro-influencers and content creators (You Tubers, Redditors, bloggers) focused on penetration testing, cybersecurity, and SaaS tools.
Identify co-distribution and collaboration opportunities with relevant creators to extend Astra's organic reach.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate closely with the content, design, and growth teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and launches.
Act as the primary point of contact for distribution timelines, asset readiness, and channel scheduling.

What We’re Looking For:

Required
1–3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of how content performs across Linked In, You Tube, Reddit, and email newsletters — and how to tailor messaging for each.
Proven ability to write short, engaging, and platform-appropriate social copy.
Proficiency with Canva or equivalent design tools for creating social and visual assets.

Experience with email newsletter platforms (Mailchimp, Convert Kit, or similar).
Excellent coordination skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
