As a Senior Network Administrator, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide network monitoring and infrastructure solutions for a global organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high availability, performance, and security of complex network environments.
This role requires deep hands-on expertise in network monitoring tools, L2/L3 networking, security technologies, and the ability to drive standardization, optimization, and automation across distributed network setups.
Your tasks
Analyzing organizational network and system requirements, and implementing monitoring improvements
Researching and assessing network environments to enhance monitoring accuracy and reduce false positives
Installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise network monitoring solutions in-house
Providing consultation and operational support for network monitoring services to stakeholders
Reviewing and optimizing existing monitoring setups with a focus on efficiency, automation, and standardization
Collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver effective network monitoring solutions
Engaging with vendors and external partners on new monitoring requirements and service improvements
Driving continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring performance and reliability
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure
IT degree preferred
Certifications:
CCNA / CCNP / CCIE (required or strongly preferred)
Strong expertise in network monitoring tools such as Solar Winds, PRTG, Checkmk, and Nagios
Hands-on experience with the Thousand Eyes diagnostic tool
Deep understanding of L2/L3 networking, Firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi, Routing Protocols, TCP/UDP
Solid knowledge of network security components (firewalls, access control, VPNs)
Experience with LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela), Firewalls, VPN technologies
Knowledge of Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions and Cisco ISE for authentication
