SaaS application configuration
Managing workflows, business rules, forms, permissions, and role setups
Ability to understand end-to-end data inflow and outflow
Basic understanding of JSON
Configuring user roles and permissions (RBAC)
Basic understanding of OAuth
Ability to debug configuration issues
Analyze logs and integration failures
Identify whether issues are config-related vs integration-related
Work with engineering teams effectively
Nice to Have – Security & Travel Domain Experience
