We are seeking an experienced  Oracle Web Logic Administrator  to manage and support Web Logic environments across development, testing, and production platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Web Logic administration, system troubleshooting, and automation in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and administer  Oracle Web Logic Server  in Development, Test, and Production environments.
Manage  Web Logic domains, clusters, managed servers, and application deployments (EAR/WAR/JAR) .
Perform  patching, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning  of Web Logic environments.
Configure and manage  JDBC, JMS, data sources, connection pools, and security realms .
Troubleshoot  server, application, and environment-related issues  to ensure system stability.
Monitor system performance and ensure  high availability and uptime  of applications.
Automate deployments and administrative tasks using  WLST, Shell, or Python scripts .
Support  Disaster Recovery (DR) activities , audits, and environment documentation.
Collaborate with  Development, Database, and Infrastructure teams  to support application deployments and system improvements.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience  in Web Logic Administration.
Strong experience with  Oracle Web Logic Server (11g / 12c / 14c) .
Experience working in  Linux/Unix environments .
Knowledge of  Apache, Load Balancers, SSL, and networking concepts .
Hands-on experience with  WLST scripting  for automation and administration.
Familiarity with  CI/CD tools such as Jenkins .
Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
