AI is a rapidly scaling  AI Enterprise SaaS platform  powering  data-to-decision transformations  for mid-market and enterprise clients.
As we expand our delivery footprint, we’re seeking a  Senior Implementation Manager  who can elevate Sutra’s implementation workflows into a  repeatable, productized delivery engine .
The Implementation Leader will own the  operational excellence  of all AI solution deployments - from  data readiness and environment setup to model rollout and go-live assurance .
This is a  senior execution leadership role  that ensures our technical delivery remains  world-class, predictable, and scalable .
You will  lead a team of Implementation Managers and cross-functional contributors , partnering closely with Product, AI Engineering, and Value Enablement to turn every customer implementation into a  success story and reusable product pattern .
You will report to the  Head of Delivery  with a  dotted line to the CAIO , and be an integral part of Sutra’s  Product Leadership Council .

AI’s product depends on the  precision of its implementation .
This is a  remote, detail-heavy execution role  focused on managing the  technical workflows  involved in building AI-powered applications for our customers.
You will not be responsible for  high-level strategy ,  executive relationship management , or  value communication  - your job is to  run the technical implementation playbook with precision  so that our AI apps are  shipped successfully and on schedule .

Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years  of technical project management experience, ideally in  AI, data, or software development  projects.
Proven ability to  run delivery projects  with remote teams and distributed stakeholders.
Familiarity with  cloud deployment, data pipelines, APIs, and AI/ML workflows  (you don’t need to build, but you should understand dependencies).
Experience working in  agile or semi-agile environments .
Strong  communication skills  - especially written updates, project tracking, and structured documentation.
Highly organized with an  ownership mindset  - you keep things moving and follow through rigorously.

Required Experience Specifics
Customer-facing delivery experience:  Direct customer interaction during implementations.
Multi-project management:  Ability to manage 4–5 concurrent implementations (customer PODs).
Crisis management:  Experience handling production issues or failed deployments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Excellence and Workflow Ownership
Lead Sutra’s  standardized transformation playbook  end-to-end - covering data integration, use case definition, AI model development, and deployment.
Ensure  structured, measurable implementation processes  that deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes for every customer.
Institutionalize  best practices for delivery governance, QA, and release readiness .
2. Productization of Delivery Workflows
Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to transform  manual or human-in-the-loop (HITL)  activities into  productized features and automation tools .
Continuously evolve the  delivery playbook  into a  scalable digital framework  that reduces time-to-live and increases repeatability.
3. Customer Implementation Leadership
Serve as the  operational bridge  between customer goals and technical execution.
Drive alignment between  Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Developers  to ensure seamless handoffs and milestone tracking.
Anticipate and  resolve blockers  before they impact timelines.
4. People and Process Leadership
Build, coach, and manage a  team of Implementation Managers  capable of handling concurrent enterprise projects.
Foster a  delivery culture  grounded in ownership, precision, and accountability.
Implement  performance metrics  aligned with customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and risk reduction.
5. Metrics, Reporting, and Governance
Track and report  delivery health  across all accounts using structured dashboards.
Define key performance indicators (on-time delivery rate, escalation count, time-to-resolution, customer satisfaction).
