Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  Senior SAP PP Consultant  with strong expertise in production planning processes and hands-on experience with  SAP S/4

HANA  and  SAP ERP Central Component  environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, domain knowledge in manufacturing processes, and experience in implementation as well as support projects.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement solutions in  SAP Production Planning  to support manufacturing business processes.
Work on  SAP PP master data , MRP, PIR, PP/DS, Variant Configuration, Batch Management, and Catalogues & Code Groups.
Configure and support  production order lifecycle processes  including order execution, order confirmation, goods issue, goods receipt, and back flushing.
Understand and support manufacturing processes including  Discrete, Process, and Repetitive Manufacturing .
Provide consulting services for  new implementations, rollouts, and support projects .
Work on system configuration, testing, and issue resolution within the SAP PP module.
Ensure  strong integration with other SAP modules  such as  SAP Materials Management ,  SAP Plant Maintenance ,  SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling ,  SAP Warehouse Management , and  SAP Sales and Distribution .
Support integration with third-party applications where required.
Handle  SLA-based ticketing systems , change requests, and authorization matrices.
Participate in  end-to-end SAP implementation cycles  including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of  SAP PP processes and configuration .
Expertise in  MRP, PIR, PP/DS, Variant Configuration, and Batch Management .
Experience in  production order management and manufacturing execution processes .
Strong understanding of  cross-module integration within SAP .
Experience working in  implementation and support environments .
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Documentation & Testing
Prepare project documentation including  Business Process Procedures (BPP), Functional Specifications (FS), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and User Manuals .
Participate in  testing cycles, system validation, and end-user training .

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning.
Experience working with  SAP S/4

HANA  or  SAP ERP Central Component  environments.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certification in SAP Production Planning  (added advantage).
Exposure to  end-to-end implementation projects  in manufacturing environments.
