We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer based in India/ Kenya to support back-end integrations for the end-to-end CLM Transformation Program.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain back-end integrations for CLM platforms using Node.js
Build and optimize messaging infrastructure using Solace and Kafka
Implement and manage Redis caching, Elastic Search, and database layers (Mongo
DB, MS SQL)
Collaborate with onshore teams to deliver against program milestones
Leverage AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
Requirements:
5+ years of software development experience with strong Node.js proficiency
Experience with messaging systems (Solace, Kafka, or similar)
Hands-on experience with Redis, Elastic Search, and No
SQL databases (Mongo
DB)
Working knowledge of MS SQL
Strong communication skills for cross-geography collaboration
Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC/AML, or CLM workflows is an asset
