Summary
The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support true-ups and renewals within a Managed Services program. This role is responsible for building dashboards, generating insights, ensuring data accuracy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Gather, clean, and prepare datasets from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, correlations, and opportunities.
Translate analytical findings into actionable insights that support business goals.
Conduct ad-hoc and exploratory analysis for leadership and operational teams.
Reporting & Dashboarding
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
Automate recurring reporting processes and ensure data freshness.
Produce executive-ready visualizations with clear, compelling narratives.
Data Quality Management
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
Perform data normalization, deduplication, and error remediation.
Identify data gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement fixes.
Ensure timely completion of true-ups and renewals.
Tools, Modeling & Process Improvement
Develop queries, scripts, and models in Excel.
Contribute to statistical modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Enhance reporting processes and support data governance best practices.
Required Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Reporting experience, especially to C-level executives.
Ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
Native English Speaker - a must.
