Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a PMO role – PMO experience is a must.
• Experience in Dynamics CRM (Preference) Behavioral Competence:
• Strong Personality to manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive Approach Professional Competence:
Professional Competence
• Ideally, a degree in IT, business, engineering, or completed professional training with relevant work experience.
• Relevant professional experience as a project manager, in IT Delivery Projects.
• Experience in project controlling and process optimization
• Proficiency in using MS Office programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Strong user skills in:
Azure Dev Ops or any Project management tool.
• Good understanding of the project life cycle Your Tasks:
2. Project controlling in terms of budget and delivery
1. Control of all resource allocation, workload, vacation planning, and project assignments
3. Participation in all project scrum meetings to gain transparency on actual resource workload
4. Fast and efficient re-allocation of resources based on insights from daily scrums, current project needs, and resource skillsets
5. Understanding of team skillsets, skill tracking and identification of improvement areas(together with HR) 6. Project team staffing based on current and upcoming project needs
7. Participation in project delivery Steer Co meetings (not on C-Level, but delivery-focused)
