Role Overview The Windows / Azure AD Administrator & Service Desk – Ops is responsible for managing the Windows Server environment, Active Directory, Entra  (Azure AD), and supporting identity-related services while also contributing to 1st & 2nd-level support operations.

Key Responsibilities  Windows Server Administration

· Maintain Windows Server infrastructure (2016/2019/2022)

· Manage GPOs

· Administer DNS, DHCP

· Patch management (WSUS)

· Certificate services support (Enterprise CA)
Active Directory / Entra

· User and group lifecycle management

· Hybrid AD / Entra  (AAD Connect)

· Conditional Access policies

· MFA enforcement and identity hardening

· Role-based access management (RBAC)
Identity & Security

· Implement least privilege principles

· Monitor privileged access

· Support IAM governance initiatives
Service Desk

· Escalation point for Windows / identity issues

· Troubleshoot login, profile, domain join issues

· Support M365 integration issues
Required Skills
· Strong Active Directory knowledge

· Experience with Azure AD / Entra

· GPO management experience

· Power Shell basics

· Windows troubleshooting expertise
Nice to Have

· Experience with Hybrid environments

· Knowledge of IAM best practices

· Security mindset
