Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on Hub Spot Implementations Specialist to own the full onboarding and implementation journey for our clients. You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, Service, and CMS Hubs to build high-performing systems that drive real growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Implementation:
Lead Hub Spot portal setup, customization, and data migration for new clients.
Marketing Automation:
Streamline sales and marketing workflows using Hub Spot’s CRM and automation tools.
Content Management:
Create and manage landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and effective calls-to-action.
Data Segmentation:
Analyze and segment lists based on email engagement and website interactions for targeted lead nurturing.
Sales Pipelines:
Configure deal stages and manage sales pipelines within Hub Spot.
Client Relations:
Ensure the end-end client experience is managed successfully to build trust
Optimization & Testing:
Implement ongoing tests to enhance Hub Spot workflows and boost conversion rates
Data Migration:
Import data into Hub Spot CRM and complete data mapping.
Behavioral Segmentation:
Segment lists are based on email engagement and website interactions.
Performance Measurement:
Analyze results to optimize lead nurturing workflows for improved conversion rates.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience in the Hub Spot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs
Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation
Experience with data migration, mapping, and list segmentation.
Excellent skills in creating and managing marketing content and campaigns.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (UK & US clients)
Able to demonstrate being a Hub Spot certified user (Certification)
Skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns
